It was the 7th time a main landing gear tire blew up leading to fuel tank damage.
F-BTSC was one ton over MTOW.
It tried to take off in an 8 kt nearly full downwind condition.
Its damaged landing gear was missing a strut leading to up to 5° of free rotational movement (maintenance forgot to put it back on after swapping the bogie a couple days earlier).
