Bought this bike for 300 bucks? Also came with the clip on pedals. Did I do good or am I a meme?

fair price, edging into good deal territory if the saddle works for you.

you could even make a little of that back by ebaying the bar-end shifters and simply using the brifters.

Sweet, good for you. Looks like it was a good deal. Cannondale vintage aluminum frames are classics and pretty valuable. I just picked up a CAAD10 frame and supersix fork for 325 myself.

It's a nice bike. It's set up for TT/ tri rides though. As above, remove the aerobars & bar end shifters & the meme saddle if you don't like it. Over time upgrade tires, pedals and do white bartape. Nice igloo

Bike probably came with the STI levers; previous owner didn't bother to swap the brake levers when they installed the aero extensions and bar-end shifters.

Well I went on a 10 mile ride today and I'm quite happy with the bike. Im a beginner that tried this a few years ago with a walmart bike but gave it away. After research I found this type of purchase would be best as Im not ready to spend 1k+ on bike. Thanks all. My goal is the bp150 next year. Im from houston

I think i have an alloy one with a 31-8 clamp

i have profile levers too if you want to make it look like you know what you're doing

I would give a decent effort on trying the saddle before you replace it, but you can probably sell the saddle for the cost of something you prefer. I would recommend getting a base bar (Profile carbon ones sell for ~$50-75 on FB groups) and a better stem to make the aerobars more lateral bcuz aero.
