>>1182215Were you flying on FlyBe? FlyBe have Dash-8 incidents every few months, but they never have any serious incidents. Most recent IIRC was one Dash-8 which had a nose wheel failure and had to divert to another airport to perform an nosewheel up landing. The aircraft evacuated safely and had to undergo repairs lasting several months at the airport it diverted to. I think it's back in service though...
