>>1183639That's a 2011 Shiv frame, instead of a standard fork and stem, it has fork, upper stem, and lower stem that all fit together to create an aero nosecone. The really weird thing about it is that the brakes attach to the lower section of the stem.
The 2012 Shiv reverted to standard fork design if that tells you anything.
