>>1203699> "Jamis Renegade Exile"It's alright. Parts on it are all quite cheap & low end, its ugly, and it has an aluminium fork which is bad for ride quality. If you can, you should try and buy a bike with a carbon fork or a chromoly fork. But yeah it's alright. Certainly not junk.
>>1203766>https://sfbay.craigslist.org/sfc/spo/d/fuji-jari-15-road-bike-never/6619815083.htmlMuch better than above. Has a carbon fork. Has an external bearing crank. Better brakes. Nicer frame.
It's 1x which I don't like much, but 1x is idiot proof.
I'd get it.
>Or how it compares to the rock lobster? They're more comfy for being designed for mixed surfaces, with categorically wider tires (the biggest difference), slacker angles, longer wheelbases. The rock lobster is a road bike. It's an 853 steel road bike though, which is top tier steel tubing, that rides fantastically, and is expensive, so for a road bike, it's comfortable, and with 28mm tires, perfect for an older guy.
It would feel faster on the road and it would be better for sport-oriented road riding. The gearing is more suited to road riding. It would handle gravel fine but it's not designed purposely for it like the others are.
Rock lobster is a comfy sporty bike vs the other two which are sporty comfy bikes.
Sizing & fit is more important than any of that though.
