The video argues that the health benefit of cycling FAR outweighs the slim potential of a head injury that's covered by a helmet. (Not all head crashes are protected by a helmet)

Also, they say that if anything, it's the people in CARS that should wear a helmet when driving, because statistically they are far more likely to benefit from it (they drive more miles, at faster speeds than any bike, and crash more often.)
