PSA: You're supposed to mount that Tubus rack on the lower/rear eyelets at the dropout, not the upper/front ones. Then attach the fender stays to the second set of eyelets on the rack. That'll help solve the erection your pannier bars have.
PSA2: The front end geometry of that frame is nothing like the low-trail nerdbikes you've been lusting after on instagram; it's gonna handle like crap with a loaded basket + panniers all on the front fork. They gave that frame rear rack mounts for a reason, use them.
