i don't want your apologies, I want you to check your fucking mirrors before swinging a door across a bike lane. It doesn't matter if a cager is also a cyclist, one drop rule, no matter his background a cager will murder through negligence. I was only saved because it was an uphill and I was going that slowly.
Why does burgerstan build all its bike lanes in the door zone? Why can't we have nice things? Widest streets under the sky and you can't find room for a separated? I go downslope that same way every day, and it's also entirely in the doorzone, so now I am going to be extra paranoid.
And peds, man, they walk right into the bike lane like it's a second sidewalk and don't even look. It's a matter of time before I can't dodge one.
