Got pulled over for the first time for speeding. Was going up a hill not speeding, then downhill i wasnt paying attention for a second and went from 70-75 to 85 and of course a cop was at the bottom of the hill. Happened going to ny from ct. Whats the best way for me to contest this? Would i have to go to court in upstate NY where it happened?
