>>1212004It seems that they're going to keep it. The question is if they will trickle 12sp down anytime soon (and offer 12sp cassette choices for people who don't need 11), or if they'll whack Centaur and then give Potenza Ultrashift, making their linup nice and simple again.
>>1211900Powertorque is gone, and Park sells a chain tool with the peening anvil for like $40. Campy chains are really good, so I'd stick with them.
>>1211876The problem is that people buy shit on Wiggle and PBK and then expect CampyUSA to give them warranty service, only to get told to fuck off. Sometimes parts availability is, uh, iffy. It's why it's best to go thru a Campy certified shop. They know which rings to kiss.
They are trying to get on more OEM bikes. Cannondale is going to put Record and Super Record on the CAAD12, Evo, and Synapse. They just don't want to go downmarket and start showing up on BikesDirect shit.
Where things get really shitty is SEA. Campy just completely let that market go despite the potential for growth. It's probably because of the Italian family business mentality where growth isn't really a concern.
