Even in most places overrun by antisocial scum they remain a minority on public transit, so they don't cause significant amount of trouble.
Just deal with it already, every place has antisocial people, but it's your own fucking fault if you give up public transit to them because it gets you a raging hardon to spend 5-10k a year to be able to sit in traffic for 2 or 3 hours every day.
