Furthermore, if your hands rotate forward when riding on the tops, again your cockpit setup is all wrong, your reach distance is clearly too short and you need a longer stem (or you need a larger frame size and maybe also a longer stem). Of course this being /n/ none of you actually know what you're doing so far as bike fit and setup, you think it's all a meme, so you've never bothered to learn how and certainly never paid anyone to do it for you.
