Then you don't even need to worry about USA Cycling rules about bikes or equipment, you can do whatever you want with your bike, no one cares. Go get a totally custom frameset made, built out however you want, and so far as anyone is concerned you can have a motor hidden in it, dress in fake team kit, and have your own little """Fantasy Road Racing""" experience, impressing the know-nothings you meet on the bike paths. If you're not competing for real nobody cares.
