I gather that most anons here don't have a car. So I was wondering what alternatives you guys use to get around. Pic related is my city, it's a spread out metropolitan area with lots of suburbs and poor public transport coverage outside of the central district. I have a motorcycle which I use for all my commuting and daily needs, but I want to know what support network you have setup for moving larger items, stormy weather, etc. ie
>truck rental accounts
>car share apps (none in my city at the moment)
>bicycle trailers
>delivery services
etc
I only ever used my car for occasionally transporting a dog, and that's not worth like $2000 per year. So I'm thinking of setting something up with a car rental agency where I can quickly pick up a rental on short notice. What do you do?
