Premium Economy on an Air Canada 767, before the route was taken over by Air Canada Rouge. There was no business or first class on the aircraft, as I understand, in the winter the aircraft would take Canadian tourists from Canada to the Caribbean, and in the summer, it did the routes from Toronto Pearson to smaller European cities like Dublin.
Economy on a KLM 737-900. This was the most comfortable flight I've had recently, as KLM set up their seats to feel like they're already reclined. Plus, the seat feels really soft.
In terms of service, I've never had any complaints about Lufthansa flights or KLM flights.
