I'm out of spares but I should carry those with levers and a pump as well ideally.

I use a small frame bag instead.

2 levers, 2 tubes, multitool Inc chain breaker, spoke key, phone cash and keys, repair kit. High5 tablets on longer rides, zip ties.

On really long rides, a powerbank plus required cables.

Pump goes on the frame.

Food goes in the jersey.

If I need even more room I put a saddlebag on.

It's even smaller than it looks in this picture. I wish I could find a mini pump that fits inside it. For now it goes in the jersey's back pocket with my phone.

It's very unlikely, but it's possible to flat twice in one ride. Better safe than sorry.

I did it recently because I hurried the repair and blew the 2nd tube out.

Wasn't such a problem as this was a brevet and I carry 4-5 tubes on those but still an annoyance.

What's the point of patch kits in this day and age? I used to carry one in the bad old days when you'd get flats every 100 miles but with modern tires I get one about twice a year, it's not worth the pain of trying to find a puncture the size of a grain of sand when tubes are cheap as fuck and much more effective

I have an aerotek tall mens jersey with 3 pockets where I carry things like energy bars, a washcloth, pills, and the telephone.

Saddle bag has patch kit (those circular patch stickers, scraper, rubber cement), inner tube, 2 16g co2 containers and one 'red zeppelin' cracker to crack and dispense the co2. also a ten dollar bill.

You have terrible performance tyres if you only get flats twice a year.

I have £200 tyres with incredibly low rolling resistance and I get a flat every 50 miles or so so twice a week

Last week bot my tubes got destroyed by goatheads, maybe 20-30 on each tyre, it was a 200km ride, on sunday, imagine riding that kind of ride with only a couple of tubes. Always carry two tubes and patches, always, you will never know what will happen to you, that's assuming you are not a pussy and phone someone to driving you back to home.
