The short answer is no, because the Dutch high speed services are not being operated with high speed trains anymore since the garbage ansaldobreda trains had to be returned to italy for being straight out dangerous (a floor part fell off during a ride and smashed through the train, which could have killed hundreds of people).
There is though, the Intercity Direct, operated with TRAXX-locomotive pulled trains with a sad top speed of 160km/h, providing services via the HSL within the Netherlands and to Brussels. The main route is Amsterdam - Schiphol - Rotterdam - Breda - Brussel, with trains having to revert at Breda to get back on the High Speed Line. A lot of trains from Amsterdam terminate at Breda or Rotterdam, and 4 times a day a train from Brussel continues from Rotterdam to Den Haag in stead of Amsterdam. The normal intercity Den Haag - Breda - Tilburg - Eindhoven also uses a small part of the HSL. Roosendaal was a stop for the international trains between Belgium and the Netherlands before they were diverted via the HSL and started calling at Breda in stead.
It's sad that at this moment, Thalys and Eurostar trains are the only high speed trains on the Dutch-Belgian high speed line. In 2 years, NS will get their new intercity's which will have a top speed of 220km/h, and operate at 200+ km/h on both the high speed line and the various other Dutch rail lines that are technically designed for higher speeds, so that's at least something. Pic related.
