Full suspension is expensive, heavy and a maintainance whore, also springs in saddles have been a thing for decades.
They are not meant for MTB, but for commuters/tourers and just add a little more comfort on bumby roads.

Just get a saddle with a bit of padding. Or don't sit on the saddle when you are riding some gnarly, radical route. Doing crazy shit on a full rigid MTB is kino.

The main thing about them is the big ass springs.
I had on of these leppers on a american bike i built - pic related - these leppers with springs are really comfy, you won't feel the bump on the road.
On the other side, you can't help with your saddle to give power to the pedal like on a roadbike.
But they are great saddle for cruisin', search second hand ones they go sometimes fairly cheap.
