You guys don't like flying with anything not American, and I don't understand why you guys have that idea. You avoid Lufthansa, KLM and Air France for Europe. You avoid ANA, JAL for Japan, plus you also ignore the plethora of Chinese airlines as well as Cathay Pacific for Asia.
I think the other aspect might also be down to people assuming that Boeing is somehow the best (because it's American), and only choosing to fly with airlines with the Boeing. This means that airlines which might operate the A330, A350 and A380 might be overlooked by Americans under this dumb stupid idea about "If it's not Boeing, I'm not going", which is so moronic with the safety standards in aviation these days. Plus, Boeing's quality control has been slipping a lot in the past number of years, to the point where all Trent 1000 equipped 787s are grounded, because there is the threat that they may suffer from severe engine failures during flight (this is due to poor quality control during the installation of the Trent 100 by Boeing).
