I have Giro's merino cap and it's great. 94% Merino shell, x-static/polyester lining. Downside is a small logo right on the brim. Walz makes one, and their shit is always good. Same goes for Soma. There's a guy on Etsy named Aaron Birk who makes a 100% New Zealand merino cap that looks fantastic, and I just ordered one. Maybe I'll post about it in a couple of weeks when I get it.
