You don't get what is specified, or necessarily something to a reasonable standard. You get what you pay for. Hell, even that phrase implies to a westerner that you get what was described/ something of a reasonable standard, which really highlights that difference. To them it means it means that it's unreasonable to expect anything beyond what you're paying can feasibly get you. Which, in terms of buying things extremely cheaply, gets you something shit.
