here spring is only starting, but the full wrath of summer is already showing (without any of the summer rain mind you), my last long-ish ride (50 miles) was horribly unpleasing for the first half at a temperature of 35c with no clouds on the sky (worst part was pulling to the side of the road to fix a flat); second part was a dream tho (28c at dawn)
i may start going shirtless for the more casual rides, does this board sperg about no shirt too?

15F is amateur tier cold unless you're an equatorcuck but then again, I don't doubt my mental illness from over exposure of the elements, I've been a victim to both hypo and hyper thermia. No doubt, fried/frozen brain cells. I'll say though, from negative stupid Fahrenheit to 120F deserts and even near 100% humidity jungles, it's a lot easier to warm up in the cold than cool down in the heat.

I just don't understand this at all. If its 100+ out its hot but whatever, drink plenty of water and stay in the shade, eat a snow cone, go for a swim, whatever. As long as you don't run out of water you're fine, no issue at all. When its < 40 out and the wind is blowing I get so cold that even when I come back inside and crank my heater (central heating - 'murica fuck yea) up to 80 I'm still shivering like mad. I feel so cold that no matter how warm I make it inside I still feel like I'm freezing to death for an hour or two, and I usually can't feel my hands for a while after coming back inside, even if I kept them in my pockets. Fuck cold weather man, give me heat any day

No one has claimed that you don't need clothes in the cold. Just that it's easier to deal with the cold than with the heat as it's possible to add clothes to survive in the cold.
