Wait for company representatives to arrive and download the event recorder and camera and give statements to them and police. Usually it will be a road foreman and/or trainmaster. From that point on the company officials are in charge of the situation.
The dispatcher should call a relief crew, but that might take a couple of hours. In the meantime just do whatever the managers say. You're going to have to do a piss test and some paperwork. You won't be moving your train again that day.
Contact union representatives. Go home, collect 3 days of paid leave. Hopefully the victim or family of the victim doesn't sue you and hopefully local media doesn't use the crew's names in their coverage, even though it's technically public information.
