The sole advantage of a recumbent is aerodynamics, which here are compromised by the upright position and the poorly designed fairing.
The disadvantages of a recumbent are related to weight, handling, and comfort (e.g. sweaty back, poor comfort over bumps)
So essentially you have a package that negates the advantages of a 'bent and makes all of the bad stuff a whole lot worse.
As a tool for self-promotion or business-promotion it could be a reasonably eye-catching fashion piece... if you can't afford a Tesla and a wrap.
