That certainly seems to be what you're implying when you say that a meme saddle might fix the issue, because all that might do is alleviate pain/ soreness/ numbness.
But not everyone has groin pain/ soreness/ numbness while cycling, not everyone requires a meme saddle to alleviate it, and meme saddles are not necessarily going to fix the problem for everyone either. They're also only relevant for serious cyclists, which is not the entire breadth of the issue of cycling & cancer/ sexual health.
So the initial appearance of what you're saying is that
