No drafting on flat I've had short bursts up to about 35 mph or ~57kmh. Drafting I don't do much of but could probably do pretty good.

I hit 56 mph on a long, steep downhill with a strong tailwind, spinning out at my highest gear ratio. That was with my full touring setup too.

I've hit 45 a few times on hills near where I live. Obviously, tailwinds make it easier.
