given it can reach 80 kph on jet power alone
I wonder what final drive ratio would make the pedals useful (something like 54/14)
also what fully suspend frame would be best for higher speeds with some aero bars and a partial fairing

still it would be scary on such thin tires like 26x1.95 and 26x2.1
I have only been 70 k/ph and that was on 26x1.75 with 48/14 gears

I have been at 70-80 km/h in 50:11 and 700x25c in the flat land drafting semi trucks.
The required gear ratio depends on your cadence and choice of wheel+tire size.

Pedaling alone in the flats at that kind of speed is pointless, the additional aerodynamic drag cancels out any gain in speed.
A more aerodynamic position like on a roadbike on the other hand allows you to get fasted more efficiently.
Pic kind of related, just don't do the Pantani-style on a jetbike...

just from personal experience
back upwards I was able to reach 50 kph
back horizontal I could get to 60 kph
back down in perfect weather I was able to reach 70 kph
the cadence by itself was making the bike unstable
that and I started to catch up to cars on the corners

>Pantani-style
an extra saddle either on the top tube or rear pannier rack could make this more fun
along with brake levers that can be reached from a tucked position
