Brightline (soon to be known as Virgin Trains USA) is probably a better example of a luxury train service. They pull out all the stops for service and comfort.
You know those Siemens cars that everyone's buying now and will probably end up replacing the Amfleets? Brightline micromanaged the FUCK out of their design to make them as comfy as possible, which meant that Siemens has had a super easy time selling them to Caltrans and VIA Rail.
