Good batter life, bright enough to be seen for sure, and see where you're going pretty well. Easy enough to get on and off, charges via micro usb. Seems pretty well made and haven't had any issues whatsoever

Also great, and I really like how the USB charging is built right into it. Plugs straight into a usb port. Also easy enough to get on and off, and I think came with a few straps. I find that battery life outlasts my front light on the settings I usually use.
I think most lights work quite well. They're not too complicated and the name brands probably use the same (or nearly the same) components. It comes to what is the best fit for you (how bright you want, battery life, one piece or separate battery, etc.).
I survived with like a $20 pair of lights that worked OK for a while, so you can get by cheaply. If you know how to do basic electronic work you can make cheap stuff last a lot longer. My main problem was things rattling loose until the batteries went to crap.
