you want a bright color like a sports team. if you're into neon/day-glo colors, those would work, too: hot pink, lime/neon green etc. you could go full murdered-out with back
however that makes a statement that some people have strong opinions on. same deal with white, it's basic af but it'll work if you're ok with keeping it clean. some anons swear that fizik tape is easy to keep clean.
those skinwalls are still going to look a bit awkward but no point in replacing new tires. go for black when they wear out. or colored tires to match tape but that's a bit of a strong fashion statement.
when you eventually replace your cable housings, getting them to match your tape would be a nice, understated match.
to be clear, it's a cool build but it's just color-challenged.
