Okay /n/, I have a question
There is a semi-abandoned frame sitting on a rack in my city. Its front wheel is missing, as well as a few parts, but the frame looks decent. It's a cute red city Peugeot, and I could easily swap in parts from an old bike I have sitting in the garage.
It's locked with the shittiest wire lock in the world. I could seriously cut that shit with a couple of pliers in a matter of seconds and walk away with it. It's always in the same spot. It hasn't moved in a few days.
So, here's my question: should I steal it?
