that's not a high end bike
but it's decent enough
the triple crank gives you low hill gears, which is nice, and not having them is a weakness on most classic bikes
Condition looks pretty good. It's clearly been restored.
The weakness is 27" tires which is an archaic standard, but not the end of the world.
I think it's a bit overpriced.
Ride it and see if you like it. Take cash and haggle in person
I also think you might find it a bit big for you. Check the standover vs your innerseam. I'm 6'2 and i like 58 or 60cm bikes generally
