If you mean 700c then that's equal to 29 and 28 (622mm). As far as I know, there is no 700mm.

OP was talking about size, 27" is the old roadbike standard and larger than the regular 700C/28"/29er size.
650B/27,5" is smaller than 700C/28"/29er.
26" has several standards and is even smaller.

What are you talking about? 27 is 630. 700c/28/29 is 622. 650b/27.5 is 584. 26 is usually 559. Yes 26 is occasionally bigger than 27.5 but how did anyone imply that 590 is smaller than 571? Everything that anon and OP said are true
