the triangle the basket makes with the rack is really cool
is it possible to flip the rack mount around and have it behind the fork leg? Even if you have to space out the rack legs a little with washers? Then you'd get more space for your cables & it'd be level and have slightly better weight distrobution.

i even think the stem and bars are quite elegant dont be peer pressured into changing the bars unless you don't like their ergonomics
move the front rack down a peg
cut the mounts down
you could maybe bend the mid fork mount a bit and fix it to the front arm of the rack somehow, so it's a bar you can mount low riders on
or cut it all the way down.
silver bottle cage & seatpost to match the stem would look better but meh, maybe pretty is bad on a commuter. i like metal cages too because you can bend them for big bottles though
i'd swap the quick release for the post for a bolt unless you're sharing the bike with someone
