please remove atleast the rear horrid reflector bracket, ideally the front too if you can find another spacer for the headset, or just hack then grind that one down.
Match the bartape to the teal/celeste on the frame when you get sick of the (sick) splash tape.
the levers could go a little higher on the bars.
I'm slightly worried your stem is overextended
did that bag come with it lol, it's cool
definately keep it stock yeah, it's very clean and good condition
although if you want a comfy upright cruiser, maybe some VO bars of some sort
do you really need a speedo, those zip ties are horrid, maybe heli-tape instead
get some turbos when you decide vintage tires are too scary they'll look cool
