what do you want to do anyway? Get a new crank?
If your bike is exactly that model, it's a standard english threaded 68mm bottom bracket (bsa), so basically every road crank on the market will fit your frame, and the default option for bottom brackets will be the right one.
Ideally you want to buy a 10 speed crank, to mesh best with your drivetrain, but an 11 or 9 speed crank will probably work too. I'd get a 10 speed one though.
Those 48/32 chainrings are slightly unconventional, it's not a standard road compact, which is 50/34, it's a 'subcompact' which are rarer. You can slightly gear up just fine, you'll just have to re-adjust your front derailer, which isn't that hard.
So either a 50/34, or 48/32 or even a 46/30 will all work. Just depends on what you can get a good deal on and what gearing you want.
A shimano tiagra 10 speed 50/34 is a good option.
If your bike isn't exactly the model on that webpage, just make sure it doesn't have a pressfit bottom bracket, and indeed has a threaded one, because specialised bikes a model older had them often. And that's more complicated.
You really need fuck all tools to do this, just a bottom bracket tool (which will come with your new bottom bracket) and allen keys, some grease, and maybe the tool to get your old bottom bracket off. Definitely change it for a new one. Many cranks come with a bottom bracket.
