SEPTA is a piece of shit transit system built on the bones of the PRR and Reading railroads. but instead of separating the Railroad division and the Red Arrow/Frontier/Victory divisions, they smash all this shit together
Instead of reforming fares, they double the fuck down on the worst fucking options. Having Kiosks only at Suburban, Market East, Temple and 30th street instead of any outlying stations forcing people to pay a surcharge on cash based fares to get into the city to buy a key card, shutting the ticket offices early to force more cash fares. Mobile fare kiosks don't fucking cut it, and especially with those bullshit turnstiles.
