Wind isn't a problem because its cold, its a problem because its pushing me back so hard that I can't even pedal for more than half an hour and that is at barely 7 or 8 mph.
Same goes for the rain, issue is that it keeps getting in my eyes and I cant see shit.

Wind is fixed by picking a lower gear that you can maintain cadence in. Drop bars help too.

Rain is fixed by wearing a cycling cap.

See the neat thing about all this useless fred stuff is that it actually exists for a reason.

I quite like riding in the rain as well. Get some decent lights so you're seen, a shell jacket, maybe wear a cap under your helmet to shield your eyes, and just accept that you get wet.
