I really like riding on the road mostly, though often I jump on the grass every now & then, & often encounter gravel & sand on the concrete jungle...

So I want the best Urban Commuter Tire that's puncture resistant, cause flats suck, & I still want some slip resistance.

Can anyone make some recommendations?

It's the same size though.

If your rims are narrow enough, i wouldn't go over 50mm for riding mostly on road

panaracer is a good rec, there's also the WTB horizon 47mm,
I'd look to be avoiding any type of tread, so that rules out g-ones and the file tread on some gravelkings isn't ideal imo, just a wide slick will be still fine on other surfaces and give you better grip and speed onroad.

GF had Gravelking SK (48-584) but we had to swap them out. The tires BALLOONED out of Velocity SS rims to 54mm and the tread was rubbing on her chainstays.

She rides a 46cm frame so she can only ride 650b's

I'd say the tire you have in the OP photo is pretty good for your purposes. I'd recommend a Kenda K-Rad, but you didn't say loose dirt, or mud, you said, "gravel, sand, grass". Pretty much any tire like your OP photo in my opinion. Maybe try the new Goodyear branded?

Look at tread patterns designed for beach cruisers, they're sometimes available in a range of sizes. You want something relatively smooth and fat but not full slicks. I use a fatbike for the same purpose and have duro fleetwoods @ 26x4.0, try to find something similar in 27.5
