In the Otsu City of Gifu in Japan, on May 8 morning, 13 children with 3 teachers from a nursery school were walking to a nearby lake. When they was waiting at the intersection, a traffic accident occurred, killing two of the thirteen kids, and nine other kids have been severely injured, other kids, teachers, and the two drivers also suffer from different degree of injuries. According to report, the two driver did not attempt to brake their car before the accident occur, and one of the driver reported that she was not aware of the other car until she hear the sound of collision.
