If it's signalized in some form, especially on the circular roadway (approach signalization and metering debatable), it's better called a traffic circle alongside historic yield to entry ones.
"Gyratory" should be reserved for ones with non-standard road connections on the circular roadway, eg to the center island. The term is already used to describe circulating one-way road systems so this would make more sense.
