>>1334085If your cockpit setup is wrong then you might be uncomfortable in that position. Either google it and learn to adjust it yourself or take it to someone who knows how to do a proper bike fitting and have them figure it out for you.
Also if your arms are weak then this might happen. Some people seem to think that strong legs are all you need to be a decent cyclist but that's not true.
Also if you're locking your elbows when you're 'bracing' yourself then you're doing it wrong.
