Since /n/ appears to be full of poverty-stricken poor people riding public transit from their homeless encampment under bridges to the soup kitchens they get their once daily hot meals from, I thought it might be a Public Service to post a thread where you all can share the locations of the soup kitchens you eat at, thrift stores you buy your rusty 50 year old tenspeeds from, and techniques for evading transit police so you can ride the trains for free.
Also post locations of Bicycle Kitchen-type organizations so you can keep those 50 year old rusty tenspeeds working for the little money you gather from recycling bottles and cans.
If you all network your resources you might make it through another winter!
