Explain to a Eurofag why lots of pre-Amtrak passenger trains in USA had the word "Limited" in their names. It sounds so odd since the most luxurious services bore the "Something Something Limited" name, like the 20th Century, which was basically a motherfucking trans-atlantic ship on rails and supposedly the best train in the world back then.
