It's always empty and super comfy, why don't more people come chill up there? It's perfect for napping on long flights.

Apparently OP's image was from MD's cancelled double decker plane, which would have actually been a quad deck (two seating levels, cargo level, crew rest area) before they were acquired by Boeing. That would have been an impressive thing to see.

More than 50%. All servicing down on a tail engine takes at least twice as long as it would on a wing mounted engine. There is also more expensive equipment need. The tail docks cn be half as big as the aircraft itself.

It doesn't work this way, considering that you need 9000 papers and red-channel customs.
Like only handful of airlines will allow pets on board in the cabin, and you still have to call them before hand.
Sometimes I wish I had a little bit more moneys, so I could fly on charter jet, with added bonus of no TSA. Or even better, buy myself a jet, which is capable transatlantic.
