>>1352919Having bright lights doesn't mean they have to blind others. Companies have been manufacturing extra high beams for decades and any half decent ones won't blind others while providing much more light than the lights cars come from the factory with.
Living in the rural Arctic for almost my entire life half the cars here have massive cans of extra high beams mounted on their front because it's dark for half a year and there aren't street lights outside villages, and people want to see where they're going because there are reindeers fucking everywhere. Never have the extra high beams been a blinding problem, it's always the shitty light the cars come with because they're the absolute cheapest possible and are nothing more than a way to get the car approved because ~99% of car buyers don't care if they can see in the dark. And the ones that care will just mount enough hardware to the front of their car to see.
