In my shithole there is a dude (illegal), who repairs stuff on bikelane (sorta) near seashore. It is very useful, since I have noticed, that rear bearings in my electric scooter got seized (rust+dirt+water), and drag was enormous. Luckily, that dude had some oil, which helped a lot, and I was able to get to place where they sell bearings without any problems.
