I'm having big issues with that, every time I go to /n/ I'm bringing myself to some bad exhaustion, I do 80-90 miles usually, on mountainous terrain, mixing it with hiking, being out for 14-15 hours, no food, feeling some sort of absence by the end of the trip. I skip the food since I want to loose weight, I can't ride slow and short distances, because it feels like nothing and has no effect on getting fit(which still doesn't). It became an addiction really, that brings no joy.
