If you look here:

You could switch it to a 24"x3" BMX tire and have 2071.57 diameter or an insane 24"x3.8" and have only 2199.24 diameter. I'm sure someone else has thought about this... the first brand I would think to do it would be Crust but they seem a little too serious for something like that. Here's a custom ebike with 24x3"
