The perfect bicycle speed is 18 km/h, unless you have a strong tailwind. Anything faster and you are just getting cucked by the wind and your own body. Also, for speeds faster than 18 km/h (without a tailwind) one cannot carry any decent bags or luggage, rendering the bicycle mostly useless for transport. Thus, cycle 18 km/h lads!
